Central Ohio's Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (as defined by the Ohio Third Frontier under its Entrepreneurial Signature Program) includes the following fifteen Ohio counties:  Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Hocking, Knox, Licking, Logan, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Perry, Pickaway, Ross and Union.

Northeast Ohio's Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (as defined by the Ohio Third Frontier under its Entrepreneurial Signature Program) includes the following twenty-one Ohio counties: Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Crawford, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Holmes, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas and Wayne.  

Northwest Ohio's Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (as defined by the Ohio Third Frontier under its Entrepreneurial Signature Program) includes the following eighteen Ohio counties:  Allen, Auglaize, Defiance, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Lucas, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot.

Southeast Ohio Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (as defined by the Ohio Third Frontier under its Entrepreneurial Signature Program) includes the following 19 Ohio counties:  Adams, Athens, Belmont, Coshocton, Gallia, Guernsey, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Pike, Scioto, Vinton, and Washington

Southwest Ohio Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (as defined by the Ohio Third Frontier under its Entrepreneurial Signature Program) includes the following seven Ohio counties: Butler, Brown, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren.

The West Central Ohio Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (as defined by the Ohio Third Frontier under its Entrepreneurial Signature Program) includes the following eight Ohio counties: Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby.
