Dr. Bart Barthelemy
Founding Director of the Wright Brothers Institute

Dr. Barthelemy is the Founding Director of the Wright Brothers Institute (WBI) and the current Director of WBI's IDEA Lab where he is responsible for providing innovative solutions to critical problems in science, technology and research and development. He is a nationally known consultant, facilitator and trainer and specializes in strategic, transformational, and breakthrough leadership, as well as innovation and collaboration for academia, government, and Fortune 500 companies. He is a former Air Force officer and civil service employee who retired from the Senior Executive Service (SES) after more than 30 years of service to the U.S. Air Force. He has served as a consultant to a variety of aerospace industry companies and federal government organizations in his storied career. Dr. Barthelemy earned a Bachelors and Master degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Doctorate in Nuclear Physics from the Ohio State University.
