Dr. Isabel Escobar is Professor and Interim Assistant Dean of Research Development and Outreach in the Department of Chemical and Environment Engineering at the University of Toledo. Dr. Escobar holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Escobar's research focuses on developing and/or improving polymeric membrane materials for water treatment and water reuse operations. In the field of membrane separations, she has been the principal investigator of numerous membrane research projects.
