Software Engineer in the University of Dayton Research Institute

Mr. Klawon is a Software Engineer in the University of Dayton Research Institutes (UDRI) Sensors System Division, and leads the Software Solutions Group and acts as the Scrum Master for all projects. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in software engineering with a successful track record of overcoming difficult technology challenges in live customer implementations under time constraints to come up with innovating and patentable new technologies. A hands-on leader comfortable of working within diverse technologies and environments; even though he is a Sun Certified Java Programmer, he has also maintained a mastery knowledge of Microsoft based technologies. Mr. Klawon has spoken at various regional conferences, and is a regular speaker at Microsoft events. He has extensive knowledge of operating systems, programing languages, distributed technologies, and database skills. He has also filed a number of patent applications. Mr. Klawon attended Wright State University and is a graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton with a degree in mathematics.
