Eric M. Sadowski, Chief Technical Officer and Co-owner of Mentor Radio, LLC, has more than 25 years of experience in the design and development of wireless/radio based products. He has designed, developed and tested RF and analog circuits for high reliability military applications, high volume commercial/industrial applications, and high performance test equipment. His system engineering roles include translating product requirements into hardware architectures, making requirements for design teams, and testing products and acceptance documentation. In strategic planning, he has concentrated on new product development direction and revenue generation. Previous positions include roles with the U.S. Navy, Triplet Corporation, Magnavox, Acterna, Itron, Cleveland Medical Devices, Circle Prime Manufacturing, and Corning, Inc. where he obtained his vast knowledge of the industry and experience with strategic planning and the design and development of products for wireless telemetry systems, military replacement products, satellite radio distribution products, two way voice radios, and distributed antenna systems for the cellular industry. Mr. Sadowski holds a BSEE from the University of Akron, a MSEE from the University of Toledo and a MBA from Ball State University.
