Rocket Ventures is the lead venture development organization for Northwest Ohio under the Ohio Third Frontier's Entrepreneurial Signature program. In this video, Mr. Savage discusses Rocket Venture's mission, work, programs and accomplishments.
c03 Center for Innovative Food Technologies (CIFT) Ms. Rebecca Singer, VP & Director of Agricultural Programs and Dr. Shari Plimpton, VP & Director of Food Industry Programs CIFT provides technical innovations and solutions to the food processing, agribusiness, and agricultural industries.
Ms. Singer & Dr. Plimpton discuss the many programs and capabilities of CIFT, such as its expert network of food scientists, and emerging agricultural technology capabilities. They also discussed the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK), located in Bowling Green that provides product development assistance, resources and marketing direction to entrepreneurs involved in the production of value-added food products.
